See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Pilot platform, branding, and all associated software are owned by VerbosLabs LLC. These terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the platform without obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerbosLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed security events, data breaches, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
